By tapping "Start racing" during onboarding or by continuing to use PitIQ you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Kayra Tozan ("Developer", "we", "us").
PitIQ provides statistical estimates and educational suggestions for fantasy motorsport team building. It is an unofficial tool, provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All projected points and price estimates are editorial approximations — not guaranteed outcomes.
PitIQ Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (Annual: $19.99/year; Monthly: $3.99/month) with a 21-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in App Store Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
Founding member status ("Pro features free forever") is granted on a best-effort basis to the first 250 eligible users. This benefit is provided at the Developer's discretion and may be modified with 30 days' notice in the event of a change of ownership, service discontinuation, or material change to the app. "Free forever" refers to the lifetime of the service under the current Developer; it is not a binding obligation beyond that scope.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for fantasy game results, decisions made based on our estimates, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use PitIQ. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree not to abuse the service, including attempting to overload the backend, reverse-engineer rate limits, manipulate local storage to bypass Pro gates, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to fantasy motorsport.
The app's code, design, and generated analyses belong to the Developer. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and are referenced only nominatively.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your country of residence.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
